Yes, but a neglected or green pool may need an initial recovery service before normal weekly maintenance can begin. We will inspect the condition of the water and equipment and provide a separate recommendation when additional work is required.
Usually not. We only need safe access to the pool and equipment area. After service, we can provide a brief update so you know the visit was completed and whether anything needs your attention.
